Been real busy with work, haven't had much time to mess with it. I did take it to my mechanic though, and his scanner says it's only putting out 250 pounds oil pressure, and it needs 500 just to start. So I guess the ICP sensor would be first, then move on to the HPOP? While I'm in that far, I might as well do the EGR delete, and o-rings also....sounds like I might have a project on my hands. I just hope the ICP fixes this.

Change filters won't start 6.0
Hey. Look. It's so easy. 6.0. Filter change and won't start-I get it. Com down. Look there's a banjo bolt on the front of the motor "passenger side " on the head on the very front of the motor It will have a line about 3/8 diameter Crack that puppy open ,,, go to the truck -----sit in the truck and come down---- then cycle it about three times DONT WORRY ABOUT how much fuel comes out or if air is getting in the line ,,,you already have air in the line. Thus the no start. Chill. ----Most important thing ---Now. Repeat that a couple of times tighten it down ,,,starter Up .....I know I've been there I wanted to bite the fender off and chew it up. #1 Only use Ford parts #2 Always remember to oil all O-rings #3 Place filter in cap Before installing. #4. VERY VERY important change lower filter first then cycle fuel 3 times. An start. This will allow any dirty turds to migrate up to the secondary filter on top of the motor. Then change upper filter. 😎😎😎😎no place on the Internet will tell you this

I know this is an old thread, but I didn’t see a solution posted. I had the same (or at least a similar) issue. After changing the filters, the truck ran for a minute then died, sounded like it ran out of fuel.
After a bunch of research and posting another thread on this forum, the issue turned out that there wasn’t enough diesel in the tank for the fuel pump to prime the system. You need to have more than a 1/4 tank full.
My fix for a “no start after changing the fuel filters issue” was as simple as putting 10 gallons of diesel in tank. It started right up after I added the fuel. Another recommendation I came across was to prime the fuel system by doing 5 cycles of KOEO before attempting to start.
Hopefully this helps someone.
