Upper A arm advice.

I am changing my upper a arm bushings and would like some advice on how to do this, can I do this with the front end raised or do I need a load on the front end, do I need to worry about the spring? thanks in advance.

You'll need to keep the weight on the springs. I'd put a floor jack under the lower control arm so things don't get away on you. You can then remove the upper control arm and change the bushings on your bench.
