Let's see how many seconds it takes for you guys to notice the issue. Otherwise, a pretty truck. No engine pics however.

48-50 fiberglass front on a 51/52 truck (cab and box are late)
interior blue doesn't go well with the exterior
wood panels on the box?
show bumper - don't hit anything with it

which was right?

I know, it's a good looking truck from the monkey grill back. I wish I had never read that phrase "monkey grill" now it's the first thing that come to mind when I see a pre-50 pickup.

If the question is, what's wrong? A better question might be, what's right? ;-)

The Betty Boop floor mats are cute, though. lol

Those almost look like big-truck front fenders with the seams leaded? or bondo'd....

Yeah you all obviously get the prize. The truck is quite a hybrid. Especially since it's being billed as a "1950" with a clear title. But practically everything other than that grill says 51-52. I'm an amateur but the things that immediately jump out at me are the dash, the big back window, and what appears to be a flat paneled bed under that wood. And you're right. Those fenders are huge. I kindly contacted the seller with respect and explained that he might want to check the vin number and I explained the issues in a very positive way. He didn't seem to care very much. Said he bought it that way. Somebody is gonna be mad if they buy that truck and don't realize its issues. He said he would "look into it". I hope he does.

The cab is definitely a 51-2. From the looks of things, he may have one of those titles "for historical purposes only." lol

Cab is a 51,52 gauges give it away. Front fender lower and upper welded together and poorly finished and what everybody else said.
