Free MyRide system with Purchase of 4 Rancho shocks

Just saw that Rancho is running the rebate program again where you get the MyRide wireless controller for free with the purchase of 4 RS9000 shocks. Thought you all would want to know. I have the system and love it. (I have no connection to the company whatsoever.)

Here's a link with the info:
Rancho Suspension: RANCHO® EXTREME DEAL PROMOTION

thanks,
Ted

I knew as soon as I purchased and did the $100 rebate they would repeat this deal. I haven't seen my $100 yet - would much rather have the Myride as well!

I missed this deal when they first came out with it a few yrs ago when I bought mine. But I did look on the above link and did see a rebate form for canadian purchases. I will have another look and see if I can find it for ya.
On edit:
Looks like you went down the link for usa english instead of the canada english link. Here ya go. http://www.gorancho.com/promotions/2...omotion_CE.pdf

Wallz, thanks for coming to blind bat's rescue.
You have them ? how do you like them?
Mine are 3 years old KYB's MONOMAX and I should maybe jump on those Ranchos 9000.
Local CANTIRE is selling them, just not sure if it's only my arm, my leg or both.
And then what about shipping of the myRIDE ?Guess have to call them.
Thanks again.

Yep, I have em. Real happy with em. In fact when down on the river fishing I go in the 30/40 km/hr range down the river shore while every one goes prob 10. I get the weird looks all the time. Gotta luv the shocks and upgrade springs as people don't realize the improvement on the ride. I tell em I am just lubing the suspension while I drive, or it will get rusty.
I priced thru can tire and got them thru Alta cheaper than locally.

Ok they're 146.99 +tax=170$ X 4=680$
On line in US about 100$ X 4=400$ free s/h
I'm not buying here that's for sure.
There's time like this I wish I'd live in US.

You will probably find that with everything. You will find that not all the stores will ship to Canada, and then some charge a ridiculous amount to ship up here. But again the informed Internet shopper will still find their bargain. I'm going thru that right now looking for a water proof, decent looking, reasonably priced work boot.

Sounds cool but I have a question

This looks like a pretty cool product, I have been leaning towards the Ranchos for when I upgrade my suspension and this would be pretty neat. My question is how exactly does it work? I didn't find anything via the link that explained it. I can understand the controller end of things but how does the shock end work? I know the shocks normally have the adjuster **** on the bottom for selecting the dampening level, so how does this interface with the wireless controller? Do the shocks have to have power run to them to drive an actuator? Or.......?
Thanks for any feedback.

separate air compressor connected to the place the manual know usually is in...
is how they used to work....
not sure of the newer models...

wireless is just from the dash to the compressor control for the shocks....

Yep - that's how they still are. You remove the manual adjustment **** from each shock (which is essentially just a screw that serves as a plunger- turning the ****/screw moves the gizmo in the shocks in or out) which is replaced with an air fitting that does the same thing. Hook the air line up to the fitting, and run the four air lines to the brain box, which controls and receives the air from the compressor.
