2002 F350 diesel leak

Seeking advice, 2002 F350, 190k miles, runs great, but smelling diesel. Noticed cloudy coolant in resivor - and confirmed diesel in coolant by dipping paper towel and torching it. So I've read a buch of posts about cracked injector sleeves - very bad on my budget. Then read up on replacing Injector Orings etc. I want to confirm that bad injector o-rings could allow diesel into the coolant tank? While I'm not a diesel mech, I'm a fix it guy capable of doing the injector o-rings. Sure hoping it's not the cracked sleeve thing, my truck runs good and I planned on keeping it awhile. Thanks in advance - new user here....
