2007 Expy couple problems

So it appears that my expy has developed an exhaust leak on the passenger side. I think its the manifold but wanted to see if others have had this issue. 102k miles on her and it is either the gasket or cracked manifold.

Also it has gotten cold here in the past couple days and now coming to a stop I am getting an intermittent rough idle and some stumbling driving down the road. Are the plugs that much of a pita to replace? She popped a code and I have a scan tool arriving tomorrow. I am thinking either plugs or maybe an IAC if this truck has one.

I have tried searching and havent found anything here on the forums.

Same here, I notice it when the pass window is down and there is a barrier on the highway and under load.
