This last week it looked like thunder storms and rain but we only got a few drops of rain. It`s going to be 90° for the next while.

Not good news Steve on the forest fires in Western Canada. They are getting even worse with more hot and dry weather with no rain in sight, now supply planes aren't able to bring fuel to the water bombers because of the smoke.

That is bad Morris.. I had a bad week myself.. My little sister(55) passed away the 29th of June.. I just got back from Ohio.. I carried her oldest son up and back for the viewing and Funeral.. He lives near Atlanta and it added 233 miles to each way of the trip..

 

I`m so sorry to hear about your sister passing, that was a bit of driving at a bad time. How old is her son?

Thanks Morris.. He is 36. A really well mannered man.. He insisted on driving some, about 1/2 on the way up and about 1/3 on the way home, for me so it made the trip a bit easier. It was around 800 miles one way for me..

 

I didn't mind driving long distances by myself Steven, now I prefer to have company along if possible.

 

I usually drive the around 600 mile trip by myself.. It was refreshing to have a rider this time.. Even if I had to add 233 miles to the trip.. But family is family..

 

I hear you Steve, family comes first.

Got my knees in the breeze today.. Rode the Harley to my monthly lunch..

 

A guy is supposed to look at my Honda Thursday evening Steve. While I dodn't mind keeping it a bit longer I don`t ride it enough and the insurance rates around here have gone totally crazy expensive.

 

I hope it all works out well for you Morris.. I probably don't ride mine enough but it is nice to have for those occasions..

 

That`s how I feel, I don't ride mine enough but I really like it when I do. It`s for sale but it`s not a fire sale.
