Rain puts a damper on most things but luckily it`s been warm and dry here for the last 2 weeks.

Had a little rain today.. Just made it a lot more muggy at work.. About kicked my butt with the heat and all.

We haven`t had rain for a few weeks which is a drastic change from earlier, it looks like we`ve had all our rain early and we`ll have another dry summer. It should be good riding weather soon, plenty hot and plenty dry.

 

Evening NS. Had another small shower today.. Saves having to water my container garden.. Not good for riding the bike though..

Smoke from forest fires burning in the neighbouring provinces are causing air quality issues and now we have a severe thunder storm advisory. Don`t think I`ll risk riding tonite.

I don't blame you for not wanting to ride. I should have ridden mine to work but didn't.

 

It was quite a storm here last night, almost an inch of rain with lots of thunder and lightning. This morning I have a few tree branches on the ground.

It has been typical weather here with scattered showers. Makes it not safe to ride to work on the bike..We may have some nice weather rolling in shortly..

Had a strange thing happen with the Miata yesterday.. The speedometer was registering about twice my actual speed.. Running close to 70 and it was indicating past my 140 mph mark..

I got a really nice ride in yesterday but almost got caught in the rain on the way home. After that the wind really came up and the heavy rain pounded down so I was very lucky. Looks like it`s settled in for a few days.

I should have ridden the bike to work tonight.. It was a decent night.. Maybe tomorrow night..

 

I should ride every chance I get Steve, our summers are way too short and the winters are way too long.

Had the bike out twice today. Went to get a haircut but he was closed.. Had a SICK sign on his place. So rode a little and hit the gas station while I was out.. Then rode out to my daughter's for dinner.. It was a great day for riding..
