Sorry I'm late guys, been busy! Welcome to October, cooler days are here! glad to see it arrive.
The state fair is right around the corner, how many of you will be going?
We'll probably go down and check out the cars in the trademart. My hit miss engine buddy is supposed to set up a display down there somewhere, I don't know how often he'll be there with his engines, but check em out if you see them.
This past Saturday I set up at the Pelahatchie swap meet to sell a few spare parts that I had laying around. Got to talk with David (Scndsin) and Marc (marcsmithracing) I was also looking for another member but never saw him... I had a good time and got rid of some junk, so that made for a good day
Oh! one other thing, I approved three new members today. eghead, Tidefan88 and JamesPaul89zp . Hopefully they'll post up and tell us about their trucks!
I found mold under my 3 year old house, I built it conventional style with four blocks high (about three foot of crawl space). Water is comming though all those blocks with every rain! Been working on that......kinda killed all progress on the 53. Think I can fix it on my own tho.
Hi guys, glad to be on board! I just bought my first Ford truck a week ago. It's a 2007 F150 Supercrew King Ranch 4X4. I actually bought the truck from North Texas Truck Stop after seeing it on ebay. I was interested in one here locally at a Chevy dealership (yeah, can you believe it?), and I almost bought it, but I was looking around online and found this one. It was the exact same price and almost the exact same truck (different color); however, the one here had 54k miles on it and the one in Texas only had 36k. I figured it was worth the extra hassle to get it delivered for almost 20k miles less! Anyway, I plan to post a thread on the main forum soon about my experiences with buying a truck on ebay so people in the future can know what to expect.
I am currently living in Ocean Springs, MS because my wife is stationed at Keesler with the Air Force. Anyone else located along or close to the coast?
Here are some photos of the truck when it was still at the dealer. It's all stock and after reading through these forums, I can tell it's going to cost me a lot of money now that the mod bug is starting to hit me. Hell, last week I couldn't have even told you what a leveling kit was, but now I know that I need one really, really, really bad!

Unfortunately, I will be moving this weekend to a new house, so I won't be able to enjoy Crusin on the Coast. However, I have been enjoying seeing all the early cruising up and down Hwy 90 this week. I went for a leisurely drive up and down the coast yesterday, and I couldn't believe all the awesome classics driving around. It was perfect weather and there were awesome vehicles everywhere. For a second, I thought I may had died and went to heaven!
eghead,Good looking truck and you are correct. The leveling kit will make it look great. I had an 2004 f150 4x4 and put the leveling kit/3'' body lift and 35's on it and it was a head turner! probley the best mod I done to that truck. You should like Ocean Springs.....If you like good food, its there! I have made many trips down there to work at the Chevron Refinery and really enjoyed myself down there.
eghead, Glad you could join us. That is one good lookin truck! An ebay find huh? Can't wait until you post about that experience!
Now don't be a stranger, check in with us every now and then.
I wanted to run to the swap meet in Pelahatchie but the wife rolled me outta the bed with a honeydo list that took the whole weekend. I'm so far behind on my own projects now its not even funny.... Maybe I'll catch you next time around?

I just drove through downtown Ocean Springs and they are already setting up for Cruisin' the Coast! I may have to take a little break this weekend from moving and go take a quick (or long) peek.
