2010 Edge. Jerky shifting

I have a 2010 Ford Edge, 4000kms... with jerky shifting. I'm wondering if there is a computer flash for this problem.

Sometimes it up/down shifts jerky, at slow speeds around town, and other times when you want to give it gas, to get through an intersection, it seems very sluggish.

Anybody else have the same issue.

Nothing like that with our Edge.

Definitely want to get it to the service department and have it documented if not fixed.
