Lift for 89 ranger

I got the 2.3L, 5 speed trans 89 ranger I'm looking to lift it a bit but would like some advise.

I want a suspension lift for it no less than 3 inch, but when i look around on the internet a lot of body lifts come up. The body lifts are pretty cheap and i'm wondering if i really need the suspension lift i don't plan on taking this truck off road or any thing just an every day driver that i want to look good.

and suggestions?

Here are two sites that I trust for parts and handle Ranger's and B2's: 1984-97 Ford Ranger/Bronco II/Explorer Engine Parts Body Parts Door Parts Exterior Parts For Sale
Early Ford Bronco parts, accessories, 4x4, shocks, suspension, engine performance, Broncos
Either way of lifting creates it's own seperate problems. Body lift messes with steering column, speedo cables, emergency brake cables, radiator alignment etc. Suspension lift messes with driveline angles, steering etc.
