I have changed the fuel pump and the fuel pump driver module. I have checked multiple ground wires and still can't find anything. The fuse pops as soon as you turn the key. I have put higher amperage fuses and it still doesn't work. Desperate at this point. Any suggestions?

 

Sounds like a direct short to ground on the wire. Trace the wire from the fuse box to the end and look for bare wire or other damage. This is probably not a ground wire issue.
