Hi all, back atcha', from Central Oregon!

The set-up of Springer Nationals begins today.

Forgot it at home, so had to go out to Home Depot to get a chalk line last night. I'll be using hundred-foot tape measures and chalk line all morning to lay out what gets set up this afternoon for the show which begins tomorrow.

Some vacation! But the company is great, and the views spectacular!

And yes, Bill, the sprinklers are set to "rain", but the dogs should still get muddy........ uggh. But that's something for the house/dog sitter to deal with, 'cause I'm on vacation!

When traveling to colder areas, I like to stock up on windshield washer fluid with anti-freeze formula. It is almost impossible to find around home. So I pick up a couple gallons at the truck stop.

I was driving home from Carson City in a snow storm a few years ago in the Buick I used to have. Got behind a truck and it was throwing up a bunch of crap off of the road. I hit the washer/wiper and heard the sound of sand cutting the glass on the windshield That's where I learned that the stuff can freeze.

My neighbor from up the street owns that car now, and it still has a nice rainbow shaped scratch in the windshield.

If it's really cold out, it's worse to use the summer stuff than to use nothing at all. It may seem rather silly for us to use the cold formula in our climate, but I like to just use it all the time and then when I do go to the mountains it is there and ready to go.

I don't have it in my washer tank right now, and we may need it in the Sierra this weekend. If I wasn't so lazy I would drain and refill. If!

I think the pics in ads don't always match the product exactly...the headers in that picture look like they would exit over the frame rails instead of inside, but the text says they're designed to fit the vehicle as it came from the manufacturer.
