My brake light switch fully works but strangely my right side brakelight does not work. When I press the brakes the left brakelight comes on and the right taillight comes on. When I'm driving at night and my lights are on, all my lights work until I hit the brakes where my left one comes on and my right one just shuts out. Disregard the working lights, actually my right liscense light doesn't work at all either. Does anyone have a wiring diagram for these trucks?

 

Hi, somewhere in the rear of the truck you have a ground problem. I would start with the grounds behind the taillights, then the gound under the bumper for the plate lights. A bad light socket will cause this too, try removing the bulbs one at a time till the lights act normally. Good luck

 

Absolutly a ground issue. Unless might not be the same style but the principal is the same, I have a little zuk and if I loose any light IE: brake light it throws all my lights out! i mean all of them i can step on the brakes and my daytime's go on and cab and cluster [dash] lights go out lol its warped but i would def. check the grounds thats #1 as for the diagram sorry but somebody has to have one or just google it haynes or chilton will show it. good luck!!
