HPX & FPR o-rings

Those of you that have HPX, where did you get it and about how much does it run? Notice any difference?

Also, I'm going to put in new FPR o-rings and check pressure again before shimming. Anybody have the part #s for them. I prefer to buy at IH but wherever is fine I guess. I just can't find the #s for them. I need the ones for between the fuel bowl and FPR, under the lid held by the snap ring, and on the bolt that holds in the spring.

I had a Riffraff HPX on my SD... wish I had pulled it off before I sold the truck. I think they are around $50. Biggest change was a smoother idle.

I have the hard stainless HPX on mine (bought it from Oldbird). Smoother idle and the engine is a tiny bit quieter. Just peace of mind really, knowing that oil is getting where it should.

Did you try these guys?

How many rings are supposed to be between the FPR and bowl at the screen orifice?

Bump. And I checked the RiffRaff site the other day when I ordered my 6637 and it didn't look like they had any HPXs but I could be wrong. There was a listing for one but no link to it.

I'm also still wondering if there's another place to get the o-rings, like IH or Ford

Just ordered an HPX today from kcmdieselperformance.com, $55 no s/h.
Look on the main page under "Read First: PSD Part Numbers" will give Ford # and some IH #'s.
Also just ordered o rings today from dieselorings.com, he has a better grade of viton oring than IH.

I wouldn't be confident making my own HPX. Not when there's over 3000psi hot oil running through it. I don't want that all over my engine bay!

I kinda feel the same but I'm gonna check it out though just in case. I've seen what happens when a HP line blows. Wasn't my truck that goodness but it ain't pretty. Waterproof but not pretty.
