I've been shopping for a f150 2000-03 seven lug. I've noticed that many of these are CNG/gasoline bifuel. So I got to wondering if any of the aftermarket tuners i.e., Jet SCT etc. could develop a tune for CNG. So my question is does anyone have any experience with this? the results, good bad etc.
