Thanks it looked like heck when I got it. Check out my profile to see what it came home looking like. Since the photo I have painted to top of the cab.

She's kinda on hold right now. I found a 1970 Standard beetle that I'm fixing up for the wife. So it's taking the majority of my time and money right now.

I talked to the brother of the orignial owner today. When I picked up the truck it had a homemade back slider window. He said the his brother father-in-law made it from scratch back in the late sixties. I didn't tell him I trashed it when I put new glass in the back. It was probably the first slider ever made, oops.

Found a 90s show truck which turned out to be a unibody, and then I was at a body-shop in Pa and found a guy building a killer all stock unibody there also.
If you were looking for one ...you would never find one/ but look around and they are out there.

It sure seems like that's the way it goes........when you want and are looking for something you can't seem to find what you're looking for anywhere!

Its a '62. Didn't get her home today and I'm leaving for LaCrosse, Wisconsin in the morning for 5 days of Ocktoberfest asphalt stock car racing so it'll be next week sometime.
