OT - '55 Airstream...how cool is this?

I was searching CL for an air compressor, and this came up in the results (go figure). I'd love hitch this up to my '54 F100, but then I'd have to live in it 'cause my wife would kick me out.

That is awesome!
There is a local group around here that makes the car show circuit that has old trailers. They are pretty cool and I'd love to have one....but, I know that I have too many other irons in the fire.

...but....I'm all for you being in the doghouse and buying one....LOL

Beautiful. Not sure I'd want one but I respect and applaude anyone who restores and preserves them.

I've thought about a little airstream behind mine someday, would be pretty neat. There was a HUGE airstream convention up here about 2 months ago, they were all over the place.

That is an amazing deal on the AS! Too bad it's so far away.

Man, I love that trailer. I'd be tempted if it wasn't so far away.

I can't figure why they are letting it go for so little. It must be worth much more than that

Location, location, location. It's all about location.

If this Airstream was in SoCal where there are 1000's of potential buyers, instead of in rural central South Dakota, it would have sold in a NY minute.
