Cam phaser in 07 Expedtion

Well my dealer called and said my cam phaser needs to be replaced, I know this is a common problem with the F-150's and I know they are basically the same motor but in all my searches I have yet to find someone who had an Expy with this issue. Anyone else here have any problems with it?
My ESP warranty is taking care of it all, I'm under mileage but over in years 35K miles.
Can't complain I have rental coverage as well.
