Internet Brands being purchased?

I read somewhere that Internet Brands, owner of FTE, has agreed to be purchased by another company. Is this true? Will new ownership change anything with this site?

Apparently it is true. Looks like the stock holders did very well.

Investor groups typically buy because the target company's business model works. They usually don't effect enough change that would impact the customer.
