cubalz and others - stunning trucks !!!

love the riveted look and got the approval from the 'Designing woman' in the house so I want some....

my issue though is that the new 350 is primarily a tow vehicle that I'll probably keep the stock Platinum 20" wheels and tires on...
so a big flare with a stock tire will just make the already too big air space above the tire even bigger !

Wondering what can work to fill up the wheel well and offer a bit more body side protection without being too large ?

Fender flares with stock wheel offset=bad look IMO. Just another reason to get new wheels. My aftermarket wheels are rated to tow higher than stock wheels FYI.

The flares mount tight to the wheel well opening. They don't close in the wheel well any.

I agree.
I remove my wheels/tires in the winter and go back to stock. Needless to say, the truck looks terrible for those months...

So I did buy the Bushwacker Extend-A-Fender flares for my 2005 Super Duty and I want to keep them matte black....is it worth painting them matte black?
Thanks....

Hi guys, I just bought me some too. they are in paint right now!! and you can see i need them BADLY!!

I like the way the truck sits but not so happy about my tires sticking out. The flares should fix this nicely!!

Keep the pics coming. I will post some pics after i get them installed. Loving this site!!

And from the side. They cover an additional 2" from stock. Works perfectly.

Camping this weekend I tried them out, and got mud on the trailer but hardly any on the truck.

Well here it is a year and 5 months later. The flares are holding up nicely. No rust on the hardware or anything. Just thought Id update since I saw the thread being current again.

I have had mine for over a year too!! GREAT products!! and I get complements on them almost every time I take her out!! I only wish they came painted to match. The 250 bucks to get them painted was a cost I had not put in the budget Great looking truck BTW

Looks good ! But $250 just to paint the flares ?

Truck painted black across the bottom, flares painted black to match the gloss paint, and installed for $600.00
