I have done business with them in the past as well. They have some name brand parts at reasonable prices.
I got a radiator hose from them that had a manufacturing defect. I just made a phone call and they promptly replaced it.
Hi,,I'm sort of late here posting but,,, RockAuto 'rocks'!! Ive got parts from them and their customer service is great!! parts came in just a few days after ordering online, price is comparable to others, even lower on some parts,, have just about everything I need for my BroncoII.
I have a 86 ranger deisel since 90 Rockauto has been the only place Iv found parts that are no longer available.my diesel runs and runs what a truck even know its small and only able to carry a ton of coal.dave
Rockauto ROCKS but their shipping methods suck big time.
If you order one part the shipping is fairly reasonable but if you order mulitple parts, the parts come from many different warehouses and you get charged separate shipping from each warehouse. I ordered a butt load of stuff one time and parts came to $75 and shipping was over $80. Almost as bad as labor
I love Rock Auto.
Use them almost exclusively too. I will check locally and on their site. If I only stand to save a few bucks I will buy locally so I have the part now, but most of the time I save 25% or more.
It sometimes sucks that the parts come from different places and you have separate shipping, but I take that into account too.
$75 in parts and $80 shipping? I probably would have gone local for those parts.
