oil in coolant reservoir?

oil in coolant reservoir?
hey all! on my 96 f350 2wd 7.3 PSD 5 sp. i noticed today when i went to check on it that the oil was a little on the low side of the stick. "no big deal. its and old motor with about 305K on it". then i check the coolant level and its WAY over full.......with oil. where is the oil most likely entering the cooling system? head gasket? it has been running kinda rough lately... thanks you guys!
