powerstorke or cummins for bio?

I picked up a 77 Skoolie (old school bus converted into an RV) and it has a 454 chevy in it. Id really like to scrap the gas motor go bio diesel in it and I was wondering who has opinions on what diesel engines run best on it. I used to have a 7.3 stroker, and the dude who bought it from me converted it and loves it. So....cummins or powerstroke?

Ya Im leaning toward the cummins. I want enough power and tourqe to tow my bronco on a trailer, and get decent mileage, and charge my batteries.
