Question HOW TO ADJUST THE HEADLIGHTS ON 2002 FORD RANGER PICKUP

I have a 2002 ford ranger supercab pickup truck, 2.3 engine, and it is a standard. I have been trying to figure out how to adjust the headlights on it and can not find a way. does anyone here know how to do it? I would really like some help.

Question

I already checked that but there is nothing there. all there is is mounting brackets, nothing else, there is nothing to put a screwdriver on or a ratchet. very unusual.

My 2000 has three "studs" sticking out with small hex heads. They look like mounting screws that double as adjusters.
