Well guy's it's time to start rolling some ideas around for 2003 meetings,cruises,parties,bbq's,4x4 jams.

So post any thoughts or ideas here if you have any.

 

What if we just all show up at your house one day Nutter? How's Friday to Sunday? (ha!?)
But Seriously - I know some of the other fellows had some ideas earlier - something about London?

 

Hey Quadiquizm I don't think a 2x4 would make it down my driveway at this point. It's still not plowed! ! My neighbour that plows it has been out plowing since Sat eve, and he didn't leave a set of keys for the loader in the shop . So it's still 4x4 in 4x4 out.

We've been leaving Deb's Die-Nasty out at the end of the driveway, and the young lad has been shuttling her to and from the car by sled. Deb had to go to the store today while we were all out and she took the elec start Safari and said she really enjoyed the ride, it was her first time out alone on a sled .

Ya the London thing "The Ford Nationals" I'm just waiting for Brent to chime in with the details, I'd sure like to set it up so we could maybe have an exclusive area for an FTE camp

I haven't heard anything yet on the Ford Truck Nationals for this year yet, but as soon as I do I will post it here.

I'll go off and search the web to see if I can find anything.

Hey Brents! Good to hear from you again!

 

Anyone heading to the London truck nationals, 18th, 19th & 20th of July this year? The tough truck track they used last year was pretty amusing. A little competition really pushed the damage inflicted. I actually got my girls to enjoy it, until the monster truck tried the mud pit and mud started flying everywhere. They didn't see the humour!
I missed last years get together, it would be a good time to put some faces to the names on the list.

I'd like to get a hold of the promoters as soon as possible, to see if we can book a good sized site for FTE members to camp out.

The London show sounds like fun, but just to let you know, it isn't the show I was talking about at our last get-together. The show I was talking about is the Ford truck Nationals (at least I think that's what it's called).

I went there last year, it was pretty neat. It wasn't in London, and it didn't have any test tracks.

I am waiting for the ad to come out in the "Old Autos" newspaper, once it does I will post it here to see if there is any interest.

But for now I put this sticky thread in to see how many are interested in going as a group to the Canadian Truck Nationals .

 

Didn't Aurther hold an all Ford Truck meet last year, was that the one you were thinking of. I left my Old Auto's at home so I can't check the calender until tonight.

in october waterford ont has pumpkinfest and evry sun (the last day of the fest) there is a huge car and truck show i'm thinkin maybe a meet there? i'll find out exactly what dates when the town post them at the town hall and get back to about with them let me know what evryone thinks>

 

anybody from here go to Gopher Dunes in Tilsonburg near Woodstock Ontario for thier mud boggs......If so are you going there in September on the 14th I think......
