Smile Newbie from the coast

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to formally introduce myself. My name's Jessica. I'm 21. I live in Gulf Shores, and I'm the proud owner of a 99' 5.4L F250 SD. Regular Cab. Bone stock at the moment while I deal with mechanical and glaring cosmetic issues, but it's giving me time to decide what kind of direction I want to take the truck in.

I got bitten by the car/truck bug a bit late in life, so I'm not quite mechanically savvy yet, but I'm learning. My plans for college are currently on hold, but I'm very lucky in the fact that I landed an apprenticeship at a restoration/repair/maintenance shop, so I'm getting a helping hand in learning the trade thanks to the generosity of the owner.

Lookin' forward to chatting with all of you.

Welcome to Alabama and the FTE neighborhood. There are a lot of knowledgeable people here. Unfortunately I am not one of them for the most part.

Welcome Jessica. I spend a lot of time in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area.
