Pimping my Interior

Just got some new wood laminated bits in from Apsis. Had to redo the dash bcus it cracked but they redid it for me free & just arrived today. Mechanic is installing dash so I'll get new pics of that when they arrive

Sending my overhead console & bits of the doors off to get laminated too

I'm also sending the A pillars, front grab handles, & door armrests out to get upholstered in black alcanta

I get really sick of American tupperware dash so I had to dress it up a bit. Eventually I'll upholster the center console & dash

Got to get a matching wood steering wheel too

I agree, "wood" really sets it off. ...or, did she say that?

Is that radio opening the stock size and what radio do you have installed? Can you share the make and the specs on the radio? Does it have a navagation unit in it? Does it have a DVD player and / or a CD player or changer?

My radio SUCKS...lol...I need to replace it but I want a "stock" looking one and I will NOT cut the dash to install a radio...

BTW I really like the wood accents...what is the contact information for them? Website?

APSIS USA, INC. - Order on Line - The Final Touch on Autosport and Luxury! for the wood laminate

I think the dash opening is stock and it does have Nav but no iPod so I'm upgrading to 1 w an iPod.

If you want this one when I get the other one let me know.

I'll get you the model info when I get home in a week

Got the dash redone and installed now

Removed the A pillars, grab handles, & door panel pulls, they are being upholstered in black alcantara.

I'm having the roof console redone in wood as well as the panel above the door pull.

Definately getting carried away but I plan on keeping this truck a long time so I'm making it nice for myself

I should have some new pics in a few weeks when I get these parts back

Next step is wood laminate on rear cupholders & wrap the center console in leather, not sure if I'll do black or grey. Got to wrap the dash in black alcantara eventually.

Then I'll do the seats since they are looking a little scruffy, maybe throw some alcantara on the seats too

Its going to blow people away when they see this Big Ugly Fellow on the outside then inside its looks like a limo

Just got my Ex back from mechanic. Got a tropical storm blowing through town so I wanted my Ex close by in case it got messy afterwards. So he surprised me w the new alcantara A pillars & grab bars. Still waiting for the door bits so thats still undone. Heres some before & after pics. I like the look of the alcantara a lot better than the plastic from the factory.

I didnt want to upholster the door panels but if I do the dash its going to look stupid so... More pics in a few weeks
