Can't get it out of park

I have a 2001 F150 and the fuse that controls the wipers, interior lights and the switch that allows you to take it out of park keeps blowing. Any ideas if what is wrong?

Run down the fault.
My crystal ball is not working today. It to has a blown fuse.

See owner's manual for shift interlock bypass instructions. Then, drive it to the repair shop.
