I need some help E350 throwing codes, no power, perhaps diverter valves??

I need some help E350 throwing codes, no power, perhaps diverter valves??

Its a 92 E350 EFI 5.8 the first set of codes are as follows
114 act out of test limit
116 ect out of test limits
22 tp sensor below voltage
327 evp below voltage
328 egr closed voltage higher
452 insuficient input from speed sensor
636 tot sensor out of self test range
I replaced fuel filter, EGR, egr sensor, coolant sensor, HEOS oxygen sensor,Iac, egr solenoid, map, air charge, tps Sensors, gave it a complete top to bottom inspection for vacuum leaks with propane bottle nothing indidcated an external vac leak.
replaced plugs, plug wires with msd, coil msd, tad and tac checked out ok.
Removed catalytic convertor nice light brown honeycomb like the plugs were. steam cleaned the cat with truckmounted carpet machine. vauum blower hose to exhaust and low pressure steam with zero chemicals.


THE SECOND SET OF CODES IT NOW RUNNING.
334 egr closed voltage higher than expected
628 converter clutch error E4OD
634 MLP sensor voltage out of self test range


Here are the symptoms the vehicle is having
Sluggish, Extreme loss of manifold vacuum
transmission shuddering
horrid gas mileage about 10 mpg compared to its original 28 mpg
zero power going uphill
at stop lights the idle misses 1 to 2 cylenders all at once or inttermittantly
bogs down when I apply gas pedal no power but will get there.
runs awesome cold unless it hasnt been ran in a few days then its crap then when parked for an hour or two afer being warmed up there are no symptoms at all. Then after its shut down. it runs like crap
I am about to light this thing on fire and get a chevy lol

P.S. I read the forums concerning the smog system some were simular but I checked the tad and tac solenoids they clicked when their suposed to and operated with or without voltage.

Also, hoses attached to the convertor, the forward hose has constant air flow at idle the other hose had no air flow at idle. I did not have a helper to give it gas. and this van is running rich really rich. Like a 390 just before bogging out with carb adjustment. Its toxic for sure.

anyone ???? and update replaced trs on tranny. and vss. no real change. blocked off vacuum to egr and it runs a lil better. when warmed up it throws mil. with egr diabled.

Sounds like a bad Fuel Pressure Regulator.
Pull the hose off the nipple and turn on the key.
If fuel comes out of the nipple it is bad.
