Clutch pedal assembly

Four years after I first started thinking about it I'm ready to take the plunge and install a 5 speed in my 66 stepside. The truck was originally a manual trans truck but one of the previous owners decided to cut the original clutch pedal off when they converted to an automatic. I'm in need of a clutch pedal assembly so that I can replace the clutch pedal. Anyone have one laying around that they might be willing to part with?

I believe the clutch pedal is mated with the brake pedal, you'll probly need the whole shebang.

1966: What size the engine is, makes a difference which clutch pedal your truck has.

(sigh) The clutch pedal is separate from the brake pedal. I dunno of any FoMoCo vehicle, regardless of what year it is, that has a brake and clutch pedal made as one.

C5TZ7519A .. Clutch Pedal / Obsolete

Fits 1965 F100/250 2WD / 1966 F100/250 2WD/4WD 300 I-6 & 352.

C6TZ7519B .. Clutch Pedal / Obsolete

Fits: 1966 F100/250 2WD/4WD 240 I-6 / No Ford Dealer or obsolete parts vendor has either pedal. Both were obsolete by 1975.

66crawler: Look under the dash, both the brake and clutch pedals are suspended from an inverted U shaped bracket. The clutch pedal is installed from the drivers side, the brake pedal fits in between the legs of the U.

The brake pedal rides on the clutch pedal's shaft. There are four nylon bushings, two fit into the brake pedal, one per side. Two are used on the clutch pedal's shaft...one on either side of the bracket.

With an A/T, there is a separate shaft used just for the brake pedal...since there's no clutch pedal shaft for the brake pedal to ride on. Two nylon bushings are used, just for the brake pedal.

An exploded view of the whole tamale is shown here: 1964/72 Ford Truck Parts Catalog / Illustration 75, Page 25.

btw: In case y'all are wondering = C5TZ7519B .. Clutch Pedal / Obsolete / Fits 1965 F100/250 4WD & 1965/66 F350.

I know the brake and clutch pedal are 2 separate parts but they share the mounting bracket and I thought that it might be a complete assembly, glad to see that its not.

Thanks for the info, but what I'm really looking for is someone who has converted to an automatic who might still have their old clutch pedal assembly on hand and would like to sell it.

I've got an extra one. you might be able to talk me out of it for the right price. i might even sand blast it for you. depends on if the one im sand blasting takes out the bushings or not. if it does i will need my second one. if not then we may be able to work something out.
