2011 F 350 Bluetooth Phone problem

I'm having several issues with my Navigation system and my phone. When I got my truck the beginning of August the dealer set up my phone with the navigation system and it worked for 2 weeks. We were going on vacation, soon as I hit navigate to, it said phone connection lost. The phone(hands free)didn't work the whole the whole vacation. I stopped at a Ford dealer on a Saturday in Pa. asking for assistance they said they didn't know how to set it up a service tech usually does it. In the parking lot I tried again and it set up fine. Well today it did it again I was sitting in my drive and it said phone connection lost. I tried to set it up numerous time's w/o success. I even deleted the phone altogether several times. On my finial attempt it accepted the phone as far as I know its OK I'll see tomorrow morning. I believe I know what I'm going cause I have set it up 3 times. Anyone else with a similar problem ????

I had problems with my Nav unit locking up. After they fixed it the bluetooth for my phone didn't work anymore. The signal is too weak to stay connected.

We had a very similar problem with my wife's Fusion. We tested a different phone and everything worked fine. We ended up replacing her phone and haven't had any problems since.

Phone !!

The strange part is it does work for a while, it worked for about 2 weeks ,then stopped. It would not take the reset up then all of a sudden it was ok again ,when I set it up then a couple weeks and the same thing again. Says phone disconnected. It kept not recognizing my phone then everything went OK on set up tried about 4-5 times. That was last Friday and its still working today. Intermittent problems are the worst. I stopped in a Ford dealer in Pa.when it happened the first time (on my vacation) they said they had a similiar problem on a new Fusion and they had to replace the radio/nav. unit.
