HELP! my 97' psd brokedown, Stranded!

Ok fellas, my truck is being retarded! It ran fine this morning on the way here, I got about two blocks from my first tower job, and it died. Fired back up made it to job, after job was done it started up fine let it idle for 2-3 minutes while doing paperwork and it died. After awhile it lit up, ran fine to second tower, pulled codes: p0606- PCM processor fault and p9603- PCM processor keep alive memory (KAM) error. With my programmer. After second tower, idled a minute then died. Made it to a parts store, put a CPS, it ran great, drove 20 miles to third tower, got done, lit it up, idled and died! Now I'm 85 miles from home, I've got 16 hours in today and I'm stranded in the middle of nowhere! If anyone has any suggestions my name is brad my cell number is (989)-858-1525. I'm posting from my iPhone and it's a pain in the butt so if you have any insight on what I may try to get this damn thing going, give me a shout!

Ok, I have to express my gratitude to each and every one of you guys! Man, I was in a bad way, and the rapid response I recieved was unbelievable! btw, the iPhone is a ridiculously cool tool, except when your brokedown in the middle of nowhere and have 1-2 bars of service and it's pouring rain! So I've came to the conclusion that the banks ottomind chip may actually be bad b/c pulling it out and putting back in got back running but I only made it 20 miles and died. Got going again, went another 15 miles. So I just removed it, and it has been fine since, well if you consider driving grandpa's truck fine! So I'm gonna get ahold of banks and see if they can rehab mine or if I have to get a new one. But once again, I can't thank you guys enough!!!

I had tape on it, I think the chip itself is toast. Ron, I'll holler at ya when I'm down your way.
