Guages....

Ok, Im ready to buy guages.....I REALLY like The glow shift tint ones with the 7 different colors....they are cheap and buddys around me cant say enough good about them. But the pillar pod stinks...Its goes over the factory plastic. So Anyone know of a pod i can get that just replaces the entire molding???

I haven't seen any pillar pods that don't install over the factory one...

All of our pillar pods install over the factory one.. No way around it... Kris, ask your friends how much extra wiring and stuff they needed with the Glowshifts. I know with my brother's Glowshifts we had to get a lot of extra stuff and couldn't keep the boost line from leaking. Lots of people aren't having these sort of problems with them, but now only 2 of his 3 guages work... LOL. Good luck. Hope they work out for ya.

Those look like a good deal. I've had a sunpro boost gauge in both trucks. They work great. Are sunpro fuel psi in our late model is 10 yrs old and workin great.

Sounds like what we had to do. Why can't they come with all the wiring needed and better boost line??

I put in a trio from VDO a couple months ago....no problems at all.

The a-pillar location was a non-starter....opted instead to put them in a "barn" that sits on the dash, over the radio. Not fancy but very functional. Biggest plus is no loss in fwd visibility.
