Question Block Weight

Can someone tell me about how much a bare block weighs? I'mm looking at having a 4-bolt block sent to me by freight, and was wanting to see how much it will cost.

Thanks,

Stryder

I think it's a little less than 300 lbs. I'm not sure, though. It's been a while since I seen it the spec on it. Dave

With caps, pallet and packaging, figure 275lbs. Find a direct shipper and get quotes on terminal to terminal where it's dropped off at a terminal and picked up at a terminal. Otherwise, the cartage fees will run close to $200 alone and more if you have it picked up from/delivered to a residence.

OOOUUUUUUUCCCCCHH! $180!! I guess its all about how bad you want something. I'd still call it a good buy for $480 with shipping.

Thanks,

I'm with you there! It cost me $73 to ship a T-5 from Colorado to Virginia. you can look at the bright side though, at least it's not complete 700#+ version!
