earl is such a funny name for a storm. i just can't get worried about something that amusing. in all honesty though, i ain't worried anyway. it's still forecast to make a northeast turn...wind and rain. the end. but we had a hurricane party tonight (i.e. good excuse to drink on a weeknight!)

Ugh another month gone by. But it is getting closer to hunting season, so that at least makes me smile
On another note, and speaking of hunting, if anyone is interested, my hunting club is having their end of summer crab feast on September 18th. $20 for advance tickets for all you can eat steamed crabs and pulled pork bbq. Tickets will be $25 at the door. For those that went to the oyster roast this past spring (HB!!), it's about the same thing, just with crabs instead of oysters. It's gonna be a great time, so come on out and let me know if you want advance tickets.

went Fishin' @ Huntsman lake this mornin with the wife and landed a nice bass..she was screamin for me to put it back LOL course had she seen the snake (lower right hand corner) she woulda had somethin to really scream about LOL she hates snakes!
