I like the Calvin & Hobbes guys! That is great! Sorry but you guys can keep the snow! Apparently you guys haven't shoveled as much as I have! LOL I would gladly take -20* over snow anyday of the week. My first choice would be the warmer weather though!

Morning guys!
I didn't get back last night to say good by to the August thread. Dang! Well another day in paradise.
I have to admit I LOVE summer too. A lot more to do in the summer months than winter. Plus the ladies wear less in the summer! WOW!

Wow, look what I started with the snow word. I like winter and snowmobiling, but it can get long.

I see why Troy and Dave would not like winter. It must suck for you Troy to wade and lay in the snow when towing and for Dave if you are under them working on it while it is melting on you. Yuck

Yeah it does definately get old by the later part of the winter. Nothing like having your eyes freeze shut from the snow hitting your face and then melting only to refreeze again!! Fun times!!

Jay also makes a good point on the cuddling factor! But I think I will take the less clothes part of it! haha

Good evening guys, how's it going?
I can't believe it is September already. Damn, summer went by way to fast. As far as the S word that someone brought up, I don't mind it too much. It's the -30 I can deal without.

Off to the shop, I'll check back later.

As a matter of fact, I am looking to upgrade. Thanks for the link. Now to email and see if it is still available. If it is, I need to find time to go get it.

Good evening Troy.

I went back and bought that musty truck. It isn't great. But, I was able to knock him down to $350. The bed is full of shingles and junk. It doesn't appear to be rusted on the bottom. Even if I have to replace the bottom though, It could be good. The tops may need a little work. Perhaps some caps or diamond plate. What I want to do with it is make something with very good tie down capacity. I hate when a machine comes through my back window. DAMHIKT!

Also, it has at least five dually rims and a diamond plate truck tool box. Now, to drag it home.

Sorry about the bike but in the long run it will probably work out ok! It is still tough to part with something like that.

Well, at least they're cheap and potentially profitable.

You should see all the tablesaws, bandsaws, jointers, planers, drill presses, air compressors, mortisers, tenoners, radial arm saws, etc that I've brought in and out of here.
