Ugly ... It don't look as bad as the Bosch's that are stuck in my 86 though ... They are ~3/8" shorter then they are supposed to be, the whole tip blows off.
I have pics, unfortunately the camera is out in the shop and I'm still horizontal.
If I don't forget I'll have the ol'lady get the camera for me tonight.
Dave, If you had to take a guess as to how many Beru plugs you have pulled from these motors what would that number be???
-Enjoy

With all the IDI's I have been around, close to a 1000.
I know I have changed complete sets for guys, then ran a multimeter test on what I pulled out.
Three or four ZD 9's toasted, the rest still good.
Somewhere in my shop I have a couple peanut butter jars full of used ZD 9's that are still at .5 to .75 ohms.
I tossed them if they were higher than .75 ohm's or under .5 ohm's.
Also have a bunch of ZD 1A's up there as well, probably right beside the ZD 9's where ever they are.
Out of all of those there were a couple that the carbon build up around the tip made you work at getting them out, but they were all in one piece and complete when I got them out.
Some of those other brands, well you have heard my opinion several times before.
