'95 F-350 running really bad

I am buying this truck from neighbor, he told it occasionally would run rough. Several people told him it was the turbo. I said did not think so. Folks on here said to check this or that, but truck did not run bad in front of me , just maybe a slight miss. Tonight this truck was running real bad, no power, will not rev and sounds like a knock. This truck has NO OBD II port under dash like my '96 F-250 though there appears to be something there with a different configuration. Current owner said did it last week then 1/2 hour later started up ran smooth. 155k and this gent is 3rd owner. Was a fleet truck delivering empty propane tanks. Any suggestion?

Thanks, without looking up the old posts I believe this is what the others said about the "miss". I will take a look in a day or so. Thanks again.

Mine would act this way also and it was a burnt pin. I unpluged all the four plugs and inspected the pins. All of them looked fine and after posting that info on here I was told to LOOK AGAIN! I got out a magnifine glass and sure enough, one pin was fried.
