Poor drivability on 2000 Explorer Sport

I have a 2000 Explorer Sport with 4.0 L an automatic. This vehicle sat for nearly 2 years. The fuel tank was cleaned and the lines from the tank to the fuel rails were replaced along with the fuel filter. Once the vehicle becomes warmed up it acts as if it's starved for fuel under load or acceleration especially from 20-40 mph. The MAF has been checked by substitution with known working unit. 60 psi on the fuel pump. No MIL lamp. Any ideas? Trash in the fuel rail or bad injectors? Where do we go next?

TIA

You'd have better luck getting an answer if you post your question in the Explorer forum, this is the Expedition/Navigator forum.
