alright guys im on here for my buddy as i already stated he has a 93 f-250 with the 5.8w 205000 on the clock. we just moved to arizona and hes trying to get it inspected and it failed the emissions part miserably. hc and co readings were through the roof. what can be done to bring these numbers down. also while crusing down the road and he has to stop wen hes finally slowed down the engine drops to about 300 rpms almost stalling and then it will surge back up 1200 rpms were pretty lost in what to do next with this truck. any help will be greatly appreciated thx in advance gerry
