O.T. 56panelford on hold

Just got confirmation of my surgery, having a triple bypass next Tuesday. So looks like most of the plans I had this fall for my panel will have to be shelved for awhile. Hopefully I'll have a bit more energy once done and can pick up the pace when the time comes.

I know you will be just fine. You are going to have alot more energy and will most likely be in the garage in no time.
I have many severe health problems and have to deal with them every day. Good luck and take it easy till doc tells you to start wrenchin' again......prayers are comin' your way.

56PanelFord, Thoughts and prayers coming your way. My buddy had triple bypass a couple months ago and after 4 weeks he was back at work and doing great. Said he was bored out of his mind after about 2 weeks. Feels great.

My dad had a quad and he was playing softball 2 months after. He was lucky because he did it before he had a heart attack so as soon his plumbing was fixed he was back to normal.

Our prayer will be with you for your surgery!

Actually, I'll bet you are home in 5 days, and back in the garage by October!

Yup, it won't take long at all, you'll be back on it pretty quick. I recently had four stents installed. I could feel the upsurge in energy almost on the same day. Just take it easy for a while and your body will tell you when your ready....good luck on the surgery and speedy recovery to you.

God Bless, I know you will feel great once its done. My grandfather was like a new man after his bypass. He had it 15 years ago and just last week he turned 84. Today we put a new bathroom in his basement. He worked my 9 hours before hes said enough!

Good luck with the surgery. You'll be home from the hospital in a few days and back to your original routine in no time.

The truck will wait

Here's to a speedy recovery

Thanks all, for the well wishes. I'm looking forward strangely enough to the surgery because I know I'll be feeling better in the long run and was more eager when the surgeon told me I wouldn't survive a heart attack, lol. Again thanks for making me feel like family. I'll update once I'm back and likely be on here more than usual.
