supersle is starting off with a positive reputation.
Been doing some racing in the F250 V10

Always wondered how the V10 would do in the 1/4 mile. So a couple weekends ago I was out at Firebird in Boise and I got a chance. My car I was racing decided to blow the differential and so I tech'd the truck and race it in its place. With a full tool box and full gear in the back I ran 7 passes with the truck. Best was a 16.99 @ 82mph or so. It was a pretty hot day and times where between that and 17.3. Not too bad I thought for a stock truck with only a 87oct performance tune from 5star and the DP upgrade. There where a couple stock PS diesels there running right around 16.9 as well. I actually race one in the finals and beat him by .03sec for the win.

Then this weekend I decided to enter the mud bogs here in Soda Springs just for fun. I was in the all stock class and ended up taking third place. First, second, and third where only seperated by 1 sec. Was pretty close. It was fun though, and now the truck is caked with mud even after spending $14 at the car wash.
