well I got it .. for 200 trans is locke up .. but i think its the pto that has it stuck..motor trns compleat.. hedders an a duel 2 carb setup.. what is gonna break..
got what ken ???? not much action here if ya ask a question . it's easier to rattle the cage on our other forum aka 48-60 trucks ................

sorry mixing my forum's.. found a 52 flatty with trans and a PTO for 200 bucks ,,and draged it home umm for parts or a spare it is compleat so I can take off a part clean and paint then install on my 54..or..at what point are you a pack-rat or collector...or just a dreamer of plans and toys...I am enjoying puttering in the shop it's been a while since it was fun...no more computer crap no injected stuff or fuel mapping..and everything is in inches,,,my conversation is like my shop,,messy and wandering..I don't remeber the question..
200 bucks is fair . pack rat ???? i just wish i had somewhere to put all the bits and peices and vehicles i've had to dispose of due to a lack of room !!!!!!!!!!! always end up needing something i had ............ going to look at a huge stash of 32-53 flathead parts , fenton .400 heads , fenton 2x2 intkae , a running 41 flatty , and a 53 2 door car a guy has for sale . he wants 250 for all the parts , and theres a lot !!! 1000 for the fenton stuff , but he says make an offer , so i offered tentatively site unseen 1000 for it all except the car and he seems ok with it ................... gotta find a new place to put it all ..........................Attachment 27235

so did you get the goodies?? have any hop up goodies you are willing to part with that will work on my 54'??the duel carb setup perhaps..or a better exhaust hedder maybe...how did your plan work out??
