I have been looking at the Husky compressor too. I have a 3 hp CH now. It does nail guns &great. It can't keep up with my HVLP gun. I have to let it catch up every few minutes or my paint quality goes down. I keep looking for a used Quincy 2 stage. I had a 5 hp Quincy for 20 years. I never ran out of air with it. It finally got to the point that it cost too much to keep it running. It was 20 years old when I got it. I have no problem with power in my shop. It has a 200 amp service with room to add 2 more 220 breakers. I'd have more room but I have 5 / 110 circuits with 4 plugs on each one. I have a plug every 4 ft on the walls. Plus each stationary tool has its own circuit.
I would buy a speedaire 2 stage in a minute. They are great units
