What is the stock size of exhaust on a 96' F-250 PSD? 3" or 3 1/2"? Thanks

 

3 1/2" past the stock smashed downpipe

 

hmm mine is all straight piped but theres a bad section of pipe near the rear wheel, how much would it hurt to use a 2-3ft section of 3" pipe? I already have the pipe, then I would just have to get adapters to go from 3" to 3 1/2"......The truck is stock, just a K&N Intake..............thanks

 

Probably wouldn't hurt too much... but for the cost of adapters you could get a section of 3.5" pipe probably.
