We have a 2010 Escape with sync. Today, I expanded my Ford collection with a 2010 F-150 4X4 Crewcab. It also has sync. Here's the problem: when I program the sync in the truck to my cell phone, it deletes the phone from the Escape, and visa versa. Talked to the sync hotline, and they are not sure what to do. Is it my phone? I understand that some of the cell phones are only enabled to program/connect to one Bluetooth device at a time. My phone is a MotorolaRazr v9m. Any electronic whizzes out there? I need any help you can offer, and appreciate your assistance! Thanks!

 

It's the phone. It will only pair with one BT device at a time. Like you suspect. The Sync system will allow up to 6 phones to pair with it. The Razr is kinda outdated. This might be a good opportunity to get a nice new one like the HTC EVO. Now that's a bad *** phone!!!
