Question Cylinder 3 not Firing .. '95 Ranger

Wondering if anyone can help .. spark is totally absent on both plugs of cylinder 3. I've eliminated the plugs, wires and coils as the problem. From browsing the chilton I'm guessing it might be the igntion control mosule. It isn't mounted where the manual says it should be and there's nothing under the hood that looks like the part the store showed me.

so .. any ideas on the spark problem or where this module might be found?

Thanks,

Stever

just wondering did you switch the coil packs and still have no spark on 3? you probably dont have a separate module for the ignition, its made into the coil packs. maybe the crank position sensor reluctor ring is bad? if its on the outside of the engine it might have a tooth broke off thats about all i can think of offhand
