Huge FYI, someone's gf or wife had the epiphany a couple of weeks ago that the weekend of 4/22-24 is Easter weekend

Well needless to say the Spring Fling dates have been pushed back a weekend to 4/29-5/1. Mrs Greg was nice enough to call back the motel and make the adjustments. We have once again earmarked the following rooms:


3 rooms - 1 King Bed (non smoking)
5 rooms - 2 Queen Beds (smoking)
17 rooms - 2 Queen Beds (non smoking)

Internet and Continental Breakfast is included with all rooms. There is no pool. All rooms have a television and fridges.

We have exactly 60 days from today before these rooms and rates disappear so act quickly.
Read this as that on 4/8 all of these rooms go back into general circulation and are available to the general public once again. The rate will no longer be valid either. In fact there is already 1 less King room cause its mine

petey and i discussed get a few bucks from everyone for food
people can post here if they are coming(how many for food), if they are camping at my house or doing the hotel thing, when they are coming(fri am, sat am, etc), and what work they need done(if any). im debating taking a personal day from school to make sure im avaiable friday, but if most are coming at night, i wont need to. also remember im in the middle of no where...no parts/hardware stores close. try to get all parts, etc before coming to work. believe me it sucks to run 45 mins away to find parts i should have got in the first place. cant wait for a great time.....

what time friday? the more the merrier...i think petey will be bringing his AE. how many guys? i have plenty of room to camp out just need a tent. if weather is bad, we can just put the tents up in my barn. not sure about the menu...thought just hamburgers/hotdogs...and some breakfast stuff...unless i get some other options. hopefully it will be a great time and a chance to meet some of the brotherhood. let me know by posting people and how many and when you are coming, plus what you might like to do(mod wise)...

 

Is anybody other than myself planning on staying at the hotel? Mrs Greg wants to call and cancel the 20 something other rooms we have on hold if everybody is staying on site.

 

im not sure about petey...he said he wasnt sure. im just hoping there are more than 4 guys coming. long way for Clay to fly to meet 1 guy...he already knows Jim. if planning to come please complete the list i have above so we can get an accurate number and make sure there is enough food/beverages...thanks everyone
