Just read all the above post and have a few questions about the removal of the two cats in the single exhaust syatem. What is done with the 3/4" hard pipe that connects between the two factory cats(comes from the hose connection from engine)that loops back to the engine? plug it or? And assume the one o2 sensor between the 2 inlet exhaust into the first cat does not have to be connected or reinstalled(just plug the bun?). Assume the computer no longer needs the sensor to read and adjust any fuel adjustments...it would be done by other means? Talking about a 93 F150/302/auto. Thanks

That line is from the smog pump. I would leave the oxygen sensor connected. It needs to be there. Why would you want to remove it?

Thread Revival!

My 1990 f350 with 460 is eligible for antique tags. I just added Banks Headers and exhaust, and now need a cat delete pipe that matches up to the headers and flows down to a 3.5" pipe. I'm taking the cat converter off.

I can't seem to find any online so I thought I'd search around here. Thanks everyone!
